For orders under £499, the charge* for a standard delivery is displayed on our delivery and is dependent on the size of the item. We also offer premium options such as next day.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Many of our items are in stock and ready to dispatch from our warehouse - these items are labelled as 'in stock' .

Our standard delivery service for stocked products is 3-5 working days (subject to possible changes at peak time).

Other items not showing the "in stock" banner are special ordered in products and lead times can vary on these products from 2-5 working days. For any further details on these items please contact our customer services team, who will be happy to assist.

On the rare occasion products are out of stock with our suppliers our team will notify you ASAP and discuss options available.

If you choose items with different lead times, you will normally have the option to split your order into multiple deliveries. Please contact our team to discuss this option as an additional charge may apply.

We try very hard to provide accurate stock and delivery time information across our websites, including on behalf of our brand partners. However, we recommend that you do not book tradespeople based on estimated delivery times, and if you are in a hurry we advise ordering in stock items. If we are unable to deliver to you within the timescales advertised at the time of placing your order, we will contact you and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Express Delivery:

We offer an express delivery service for all stocked items to most of mainland UK at an additional cost of £60

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 12pm will arrive the next day. If your order is placed after 12pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after next. Please note that orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or at any time on Friday for Express, Your order will be delivered on Monday, as express delivery is unavailable over the weekend, please refer to the table below for express delivery days:
